How long does shipping take?
We roast to order and ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and expedited shipping options are available. Free shipping on orders over $35.
How fresh is the coffee?
All our coffee is roasted to order within 48 hours of shipping. You'll receive coffee that's 3-7 days post-roast, which is the optimal window for peak flavor.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause, skip, or modify your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. No penalties or fees for changes.
Do you offer decaf options?
Yes, we offer several decaf options processed using the Swiss Water method, which preserves flavor while removing 99.9% of caffeine naturally.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your coffee, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
